A choice is coming. A choice that will change everything.The third season of The Vampire Diaries has been building towards Elena's (Nina Dobrev) decision between Stefan (Paul Wesley) and Damon (Ian Somerhalder) and fans will see their heroine finally make that choice in just a few weeks. Gotta love finale season! We've got your exclusive first look at the hot new poster the CW has released promoting TVD's May finale. So what did we take away from the artwork? Let's take a look...
While we're not entirely sure what exactly "a future blooms" means for Elena, we do have two theories:
1. Elena will make her decision between the brothers, so a new
relationship will finally blossom. However, that new beginning will also
come with an ending (tear!), which could be why she's crying in the
picture.
2. Could the future blooming be Elena's "new" future as a vampire?!
Highly unlikely, but we never rule anything out on a show like The Vampire Diaries.
Our third theory? Not to overanalyze one measly sentence when Dobrev looks as stunning as she does in this poster!
